General Shipping Information

The total shipping charge will be determined by weight of total order and shipping destination.
It is our goal to process all "In Stock" orders within 1 business day of receipt, with the exception of the aircraft storage "hangars" as these are crafted by hand.
Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM CMT, excluding holidays.
We ship via US Postal Service, FedEx and UPS.
We make all efforts to ensure the accuracy of the shipping cost is calculated correctly by our shopping cart, although Hang-It R/C makes and you receive no guarantee that the shipping cost is calculated correctly. If , we find the charges are under-priced or over-priced, we will adjust the shipping cost to accurately reflect the correct costs. Hang-It R/C reserves the right to correct the shipping cost if incorrect and pass the price change to the customer.
Free Shipping: When Free Shipping is offered by Hang-It R/C, we reserve the right to ship USPS, Fed-Ex or UPS at our discretion. Handling fees may apply.

Shipping Policies

Shipping Policy for Brushless Motors, ESC's, and Accessories:
It is our goal to process all "In Stock" orders within 1 business day of receipt, with the exception of the aircraft storage "hangars". Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM CMT, excluding holidays. If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted within one business day.

We ship via US Postal Service, FedEx and UPS. Delivery times and/or services may vary depending on your service area. Please remember Holidays and weekends will delay delivery.

Shipping Policy for Aircraft Storage "Hangars":
All Hang-It R/C Aircraft Storage "Hangars" are built by hand. If your order includes 1-4 "hangars", please allow 5-7 days for shipping. If your order includes 5-10 "hangars", please allow 7-10 days for shipping of the "hangars". Aircraft Storage "Hangars" must be shipped UPS, or FedEx.

COD Orders

If you have ordered something from us by COD where payment is made to the shipping company, you must not refuse to pay for a COD when it is delivered. If you refuse a shipment, we will not accept future orders via COD.

All COD orders must be paid with a Cashier's Check or Money Order at the time of delivery.

International Shipping

The total shipping charge will be determined by weight of total order and shipping destination. You are not required to pay any US taxes or dutiees. Your country may require you to pay customs fees and/or duty when you receive the shipment. You are responsible for the associated customs fees, value added taxes (VAT) or other duties or fees that are imposed by the destination country. Due to varying government regulations, we are unable to provide an estimate of those charges. We ask that you refer to the tools provided by your country to calculate the additional charges which will be added to your shipment at the time of delivery.

Expedited Shipping

If you need shipping such as Next Day Service or other expedited service and the shopping cart does not offer this option to you, please contact us. These services may be limited depending on your service area. The fees for these shipping methods must be paid by the customer.

Backorder Shipping

A backordered item is an item that we carry, but is currently out of stock. When we put your item(s) on backorder, we will automatically ship the item(s) to you when we receive the stock. We will notify you via e-mail that the item is "in stock" and the estimated shipping date.

If you order contains item(s) that are "in stock" and item(s) that are on "backorder", we will go ahead and ship the "in stock" item(s) to you. You will never be charged additional shipping for the items that are on "backorder".
