WARRANTY AND REFUND POLICIES
Please Note
Any modification or alteration to any product beyond the manufacturers original specifications may increase the risk of damage, injury or accident and the customer accepts the responsibility of making these modifications of their own free will.
Hang-It R/C makes and you receive no other implied warranty regarding products purchased from Hang-It R/C. Since we have no control over how or by what methods our products are installed, used or maintained, Hang-It R/C shall not be held responsible for damages to personal property or injury due to the use of these products.
Hang-It R/C shall not be held responsible for incidental damage or any associated costs resulting from the installation, use or removal of our products, inconvenience or loss of use of the vehicle or accessory on which it is installed, customer negligence, carelessness or any other circumstances beyond our control.
The customer, by the act of installing, using or otherwise accepting this merchandise acknowledges the liabilities associated with the installation and use of the merchandise and hereby releases Hang-It R/C from any and all liabilities pertaining to the installation and use of these products.

No refunds or exchanges on special order items.

Limited Warranty
Hang-It R/C guarantees the workmanship of all items to be free from defects in materials or workmanship and to operate as advertised for a period of 12 months from the date of its original purchase.
This warranty applies only to the original customer of record with Hang-It R/C and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase is required.
Hang-It R/C will replace the item at no charge except for return postage.
Please note: This warranty does not cover repair or replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear, damage caused by modification, misuse, abuse, crashes, connecting your battery to the controller backwards (connecting your battery in reverse) and overheating.

HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM:
- Contact Hang-It R/C by phone or e-mail to alert us of the problem.
- Don't wait to return it---please send it back as soon as possible
- Along with the defective product, please include a copy of the invoice or sales receipt that came with your shipment. Ask for "replacement under the 12 month warranty".
- You must include a note with the reason for return or exchange. Include as much information as possible, as this will speed up the return process.
- Please pack the item for return the way we packed it when it was sent to you.

Reasons Other Than Defective Manufacturing or Incorrect Item / Part
Any merchandise returned for a refund or exchange must be returned within 30 days of original purchase date, unused, in original package and in new condition. Based on your method of payment, we will give you a refund, credit to your credit card, exchange or HANGITRC.com credit. We will not give refunds, exchanges or credit for returns that arrive more than 30 days from the date of original purchase.
Any modification, alteration, damage, or evidence of installation will void any refund, as we cannot sale damaged or used goods.
IF YOU NEED TO RETURN SOMETHING:
- Contact Hang-It R/C by phone or e-mail to alert us.
- Don't wait to return it---please send it back as soon as possible.
- Include a copy of the invoice/receipt or packing list that came with your shipment.
- You must include a note with the reason for return or exchange. Include as much information as possible, as this will speed up the return process.
- The merchandise must be unused.
- Please pack the item for return the way we packed it when it was sent to you.
- For your own protection, you are encouraged to purchase insurance for any packaged returned to us.
- For merchandise that is not defective, you may be charged a re-stocking fee equal to our original cost of shipping.

Damage In Shipping
If the shipping container appears to be damaged, please notify the delivering carrier to file a claim. You must keep the damaged carton and all packageing until the shipment has been inspected by the carrier. Take photos of the damage if possible. Contact Hang-It R/C to alert us of the problem so that we can assist you with the claim.
If a package that has been damaged during shipment is delivered to your door, SIGN for it and write above your signature the word "DAMAGED" (or "OPEN" if the box was broken open), and request that the delivering company make an inspection. Take photos of the damage if possible. Contact Hang-It R/C to alert us of the problem so that we can assist you with the claim.
